Ingredients:

1 lb (about 2 boneless, skinless) chicken breasts

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup mashed potatoes

1 ½ cups corn flakes

1 ½ teaspoons Perfeito Chicken Seasoning or Perfeito All-Purpose Seasoning

Olive oil
Instructions:

Use a food processor to grind the corn flakes into fine crumbs.

In the same food processor, add the chicken, Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons of the crushed corn flakes, and the seasoning. Process until a paste forms.

With the processor still running, gradually add the mashed potatoes until fully incorporated.

Remove the chicken mixture and shape it into small discs. Coat each nugget in the crushed corn flakes and place them on a nonstick baking sheet.

Drizzle or spray the nuggets with olive oil before baking.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 25 minutes. There's no need to flip them.

Serve with mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce!
Tip: For even browning, use an oil sprayer to coat the nuggets lightly with olive oil.
