Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

½ tbsp Perfeito Beef Seasoning or Perfeito All-Purpose Seasoning

1 (17 oz) jar of organic tomato pasta sauce

14 oz gluten-free spaghetti

2 tbsp vegetable oil

Fresh parsley, chopped

Block of parmesan cheese
Instructions:

Season the ground beef with Perfeito Beef Seasoning and mix well with your hands for even distribution.

Shape the mixture into meatballs of approximately 1.75 oz each, making 10 meatballs in total.

Bring about 4 quarts (1 gallon) of water to a boil in a large pot. Once boiling, add 1 tbsp of salt.

Heat a deep skillet, add the vegetable oil, and brown the meatballs for 8–10 minutes. Add the tomato sauce and let it simmer. Set aside.

Cook the spaghetti in the boiling water according to the package instructions.

Drain the spaghetti and mix it with the meatballs and sauce.

Serve and top with chopped parsley and freshly shredded parmesan cheese.
Tip:
You can prepare the meatballs in advance and store them in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze them for up to 3 months.
