- 1 boneless chicken breast (about 2lb)
- 1 onion
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup of sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon PERFEITO NO.2BUY NOW - PERFEITO NO.2
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 10oz of heavy cream (recommend Nestle Media Crema Table Cream)
Clean the chicken breast, discarding the skin and excess fat. Season with PERFEITO NO.2. Finely chop the onion. Cut the sun-dried tomato into strips.
Heat a heavy-bottomed skillet and melt the butter. Add the chicken and brown it well on both sides – don't worry about getting done, the chicken will go back to cooking. Reserve it.
In the same skillet, brown the butter with the sun-dried tomato, add the spinach leaves.
Add the chicken fillets and the table cream. Return the chicken to heat to finish cooking and to reduce the cream. Cook over low heat for about eight minutes, counting after it comes to a boil.
Remove the chicken from the cream and cut into slices. Serve the sauce on the plate, place the slices on it and garnish with fresh herbs.
