Instructions
1. Prep the Ingredients

Clean the chicken breast, removing the skin and any excess fat.

Season the chicken generously with Perfeito.

Finely chop the onion and slice the sun-dried tomatoes into strips.
2. Brown the Chicken

Heat a heavy-bottomed skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.

Add the chicken breast and sear until golden brown on both sides. (Don’t worry if it’s not fully cooked—it will finish cooking later.)

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
3. Cook the Vegetables

Using the same skillet, add the onion and sun-dried tomatoes to the browned butter. Sauté until fragrant.

Stir in the spinach leaves and let them wilt slightly.
4. Make the Sauce

Return the chicken breast to the skillet.

Pour in the heavy cream, stirring gently to combine.

Simmer over low heat for about 8 minutes, starting from the point the sauce begins to boil, to finish cooking the chicken and reduce the sauce.
5. Serve

Remove the chicken from the skillet and slice it into even pieces.

Plate the dish by spooning the creamy sauce onto a plate and arranging the chicken slices on top.
