  • 1 ½ pounds of ground Moose meat, or other game meat

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons PERFEITO NO.4BUY NOW - PERFEITO NO.4

  • 3 tablespoons of lard

  • Hamburger buns

  • Tomato

  • Red onion

  • Cheese

  • Mayo


Mix the meat and PERFEITO NO.4, kneading well.



Divide the meat into four equal parts and shape the hamburgers with the help of a metal ring in the size of the buns.



Heat an iron skillet and brown the hamburgers in the fat, on both sides, until the desired doneness is reached.

If you prefer to eat it with cheese, place it on top of the meat immediately after, so that it melts.

Assemble the buns with as many hamburgers as you prefer, choosing the toppings.
