1 lb potato gnocchi

Instructions:
1. Prepare Shrimp:
Season the shrimp with Perfeito and set aside for 15 minutes to marinate.
2. Make the Sauce:
Finely chop the onion. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat, then sauté the onion until softened. Add lemon juice, and let it reduce by half.
3. Add the Cream:
Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
4. Cook Shrimp:
Add the seasoned shrimp to the sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes (timing starts once the sauce boils). Stir occasionally until the shrimp are pink and fully cooked.
5. Prepare Gnocchi:
While the shrimp cooks, heat a separate skillet over medium heat. Melt butter and cook the gnocchi until golden and crispy. Season with salt to taste.
6. Serve:
Plate the golden gnocchi, spoon the creamy lemon shrimp sauce over it, and garnish with lemon slices and fresh herbs (optional for added flavor and color).
